How does your payment process work?

We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your booking. This payment is taken via Paypal. Your remaining total will be invoiced to you once the design process is complete and before your files are delivered. You can find pricing here.

What is the time scale for Branding Services?

The average timescale is 3-6 weeks but this is dependent on the amount of work required and any feedback delays on the customer’s part.

Which file types will be delivered to me?

These are usually PNGs, JPGs, and EPS but we can arrange other formats if required. Collateral is delivered as a PDF file.

Can I create a customised service package?

Absolutely. We understand that not every service is for every business. Feel free to email and we can put a bespoke quote together for you.

I have seen a particular font I would like to use in my Branding, can you include this?

Yes, but any responsibility for purchasing requested typefaces falls on the client. Please note: We will only use fonts which are properly licensed for commercial use.

Can I add additional services during the design process?

Of course you can, we think it’s great that you wish to invest in services which will benefit your brand. These additional services will be added to your final invoice and will be completed within your allotted booking time or at the next availability if it compromises another client’s deadline. Alternatively you can book a slot for these services at a later date.

Who owns the usage rights to the branding designs?

You have the right to use your branding however you wish but we do ask that you do not manipulate or change any designs we provide without asking permission. We retrain the right to display and use these designs to promote our services, whether this be digitally or in print. We also retain rights to intellectual property.

Although it isn’t a rule per se, we politely ask that our designs are not used to promote hatred, racism, or any illegal activity.

Where are your products made?

All products are created and printed here in the UK.

How will my order be presented?

All our prints are packaged without plastic. We use a mixture of plant-based clear bags, acid free tissue paper, and cardboard envelopes.

How much is delivery to the UK?

Delivery to the UK is free.

Do you deliver internationally

No, currently we only deliver within the UK.

Who will deliver my parcel?

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. We send all packages 1st class.

What do I do if something is wrong with my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will work hard to rectify any issues.
